Corporate Communication Coordinator

**JOB PURPOSE**:
To collaborate within the organization to achieve brand consistency, coordination of messages, and the highest standards for external communications.
Responsible for coordinating organization-wide design, message, and content generation, including electronic and print communications.
**RESPONSIBILITY**:
Provide support to marketing & other internal department as required.
Coordinate flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to plan/strategy.
Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references.
Improve communication efficiencies within company.
Manage video content, create and distribute customer surveys.
Co-ordinate with purchase department for providing art work and getting material prepared.
To maintain bill copies of the vendors.
To make billing entries for the vendors & send it to concerned department for payment processing.
To meet the relevant HOD’s/Consultant for approvals on the final art work created by the creative team.
To follow up with the HOD’s/Consultant for the content required to prepare art work designs.
To be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative & protocols of the organization.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
