Logistic Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the various aspects of logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the movement of goods. This role involves managing the transportation, storage, and distribution of products while maintaining compliance with regulations and optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

2. Plan and execute the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

3. Negotiate contracts with transportation and logistics service providers to obtain the best rates and terms.

4. Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays that may arise during transit.

5. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and logistics activities.

6. Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

7. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.

8. Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and customer service to coordinate logistics activities and support business objectives.

9. Supervise and train logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.

10. Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for logistics personnel.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations,
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems for tracking and managing shipments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional, Certified Logistics Professional).
- Experience working in the specific industry or sector relevant to the company's operations (e.g., manufacturing, retail, e-commerce).
- Familiarity with international logistics and customs regulations for importing and exporting goods.
- Proficiency in English & Kannada, especially if dealing with international suppliers or customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
