**Job Title**: Customer Support & Order Coordination Executive
**Location**: Rourkela Office
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to customers to update them on order status and expected delivery.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders and product reviews.
- Maintain and update order details and customer feedback in Excel sheets.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for any order-related updates.
**Required Skills**:
- **Fluent communication** in **English and Hindi** (both verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** (basic formulas, data entry, and reporting).
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
**Eligibility**:
- **Education**: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).
- **Experience**: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Requirement**: Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
