Job Title: Operator (B2B)

Department: Sales & Operations

Reports to: [Position of Supervisor/Team Lead]

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operator to join our dynamic B2B team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including customer billing, sales support, and route planning. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Billing & Invoicing:

- Accurately process customer invoices, ensuring timely and correct billing.
- Manage customer accounts, including account creation, updates, and resolving billing inquiries.
- Prepare and reconcile daily/monthly sales reports.
- Sales Support:

- Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients.
- Assist in generating sales leads and qualifying potential customers.
- Support sales representatives with order processing, product information, and customer inquiries.
- Route Planning & Logistics:

- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Monitor delivery progress and address any potential delays.
- Data Entry & Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in the company's CRM/ERP system.
- Prepare and maintain various reports and documents as required.
- Other Duties as Assigned:

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role (preferably in a B2B environment).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational 1 and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize 2 tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (preferred).
