Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual & automation where applicable).
- Validate Oracle modules such as Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, HRMS, and Payroll.
- Perform integration testing with third-party systems and interfaces.
- Identify, log, and track defects to closure using defect management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, or equivalent).
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and functional consultants to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide documentation for stakeholders.
- Ensure testing compliance with TESCO quality standards and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM testing (depending on module).
- Good understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
- Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Quality Center).
- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, OATS (Oracle Application Testing Suite), or UFT is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with onsite/offshore teams.
