BE, BTech, MCA, CA, MBA in Finance/Operations preferred.
- 6+ years of relevant experience, including Oracle ERP Cloud implementation/post production support.
- Completed at least 3 full project lifecycles of Finance modules implementation/support.
- Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Purchasing, Projects Portfolio modules for functional and OIC for technical.
As a member of the Customer Success Services organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. As a primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships and providing advice and assistance on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
As a Sr. Support Engineer, you will be the technical/functional interface to customers, Have an understanding of all Oracle products in their competencies and in-depth knowledge of several products and/or platforms. Also, you should be highly experienced in multiple platforms and be able to complete assigned duties with mínimal direction from management. In this position, you will routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in post production support, customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional/Technical level and to ultimately drive the Day2 services and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.
Position Overview:
Position is for a Fusion Financials Techno Functional Support Professional, preferably with implementation background in Oracle Cloud Financial/SCM/HCM Applications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional/Technical level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.
1. Strong Financials business processes knowledge and concepts.
2. Implementation/Support experience on either of the area
- a) Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, ZX, Risk Management, PPM.
b) Oracle Integration Cloud, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports
3. Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer advices to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud Financials/SCM.
4. Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows and Integration Cloud.
5. Strong problem solving skills.
6. Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer’s critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers.
7. Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities.
9. High flexibility so you remain agile in a fast changing business and organizational environment.
10. Create and maintain appropriate documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support and test activities.
11. Strong team player.
12. Should be ready to work in evening and night shifts.
