Business Development & Sales Support**: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in **construction, road infrastructure, energy storage, and renewable energy** sectors. - Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, and distributors. - Support the sales team with marketing materials, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies. - Drive B2B marketing efforts for securing large contracts and partnerships. **3. Digital & Traditional Marketing**: - Develop product brochures, case studies, and presentations to enhance brand awareness. - Oversee the company website, ensuring it is optimized for lead generation and customer engagement. **4. Event & Trade Show Management**: - Plan and execute participation in **industry trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences**. - Organize **product launches, seminars, and customer engagement events**. **5. Market & Competitor Analysis**: - Conduct regular **market intelligence** to assess competitor strategies, pricing, and customer preferences. - Recommend adjustments to marketing and sales approaches based on insights. **6. Collaboration & Reporting**: - Work closely with **production, supply chain, and sales teams** to align marketing efforts with business goals. - Prepare and present **monthly marketing performance reports** to senior management. - Manage and track the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns. **Requirements**: - **Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - **Experience**: Minimum **3-4 years** in marketing, preferably in **bitumen, construction materials, or solar energy products**. **Skills**: - Strong **B2B marketing and business development** expertise. - Proficiency in **digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, CRM, etc.)**. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Experience in **market research and competitor analysis**. - **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with **bitumen products (asphalt, emulsions, road construction)** and **solar batteries (energy storage, lithium-ion, lead-acid technologies)**. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience working with **government tenders, infrastructure projects, and renewable energy initiatives**. - Strong network within the **construction, road development, and renewable energy sectors**. - Knowledge of **environmental policies and regulations** affecting bitumen and solar battery industries.
