**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create Social Media Videos**: Edit dynamic and engaging videos for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- **Testimonial Videos**: Record and edit customer testimonial videos to highlight positive experiences and the impact of Suntrop Solar’s products.
- **Company Overview Videos**: Create professional videos that tell the story of Suntrop Solar, including corporate videos, promotional content, and internal team highlights.
- **Video Storytelling**: Edit and assemble raw footage, using innovative techniques to deliver powerful storytelling and messages that align with the company's brand and goals.
- **Content Optimization**: Tailor video content to meet the specifications and best practices of different social media platforms (e.g., aspect ratio, duration).
- **Graphic Integration**: Add text, animations, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance video quality and engagement.
- **Collaborate with Marketing Team**: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, branding guidelines, and timelines.
- **Manage Video Projects**: Plan, shoot, and edit videos from start to finish, managing multiple projects with attention to deadlines and consistency.
- **Ensure Quality Control**: Review content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, making revisions as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, specifically for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Experience creating short-form content like Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, or YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality testimonial and company overview videos.
- Understanding of social media trends and best practices for video marketing.
- Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video effects to enhance content (experience with After Effects is a plus).
- Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and video compression for different platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
