**Job Title**: Business Control Tester

**Location**:Remote (India)

**Shift**: Flexible to any shift (Ability to work PST-EST time zones preferred)

**Duration**: 6 months (with potential for extensions up to an additional 6 months)

**Openings**: 3 positions

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with Governance Tools
- Minimum of 1 year experience writing test scripts and testing design
- Knowledge of risk management and internal control principles, including understanding the difference between non-key and key controls

**Nice to Have Skills and Experience**:

- Experience with Archer
- Previous experience as a governance risk analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute testing plans for business control processes
- Conduct activities to evaluate the effectiveness of control measures
- Identify, document control deficiencies, and recommend remediation actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for testing
- Analyze data to identify trends or patterns indicating control weaknesses
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing testing results and recommendations
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations related to business controls
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in control testing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of control testing methodologies and processes
- Assist in implementing new control measures or enhancing existing controls
