**Sales Associate - Tiles & Sanitary Showroom**

**Job Summary**: The Sales Associate will support the sales team in a Tiles & Sanitary showroom by providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales activities, maintaining showroom cleanliness, and ensuring that products are displayed effectively. The Sales Associate will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and availability.

Provide product information, technical specifications, and advice to customers.

Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their needs and preferences.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by assisting with sales activities.

Arrange and display products in an attractive and organized manner to maximize visibility and sales.

Keep the showroom clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.

Assist in pricing and labelling products, as well as maintaining accurate pricing information.

Keep product displays, shelves, and signage clean and visually appealing.

Assist colleagues as needed, including providing backup during peak sales periods or in the absence of other team members.

Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes, customer service, and overall store performance.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
High school, Diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in a customer service or sales support role.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of Tiles & Sanitary products or related industry is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Enthusiastic freshers are also welcome with a flair to sell.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:
