**Educational Qualifications & Experience**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

2. At least 10 years of relevant experience in security management, and facilities management.

3. Experience working with law enforcement agencies.

4. Experience in managing a multi-functional team.

5. Knowledge of fire and disaster management.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

8. Knowledge of tech-savvy control room management.

9. Knowledge of managing a large campus with multi-storeyed academic and residential buildings.

10. On Campus Living and ability to work flexible hours as required.

1. **Proactive Vigilance and Intelligence**: Develop and implement strategies to prevent security breaches and ensure a safe and secure campus environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies, tools, and trends.

2. **Tech-savvy Control Room**: Manage a 24/7 tech-savvy control room to monitor and respond to emergency situations. Ensure that all systems, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems, are working correctly.

3. **Fire and Disaster Management**: Develop and implement fire and disaster management plans to ensure the safety of all persons on campus. Conduct regular fire drills and disaster response training for staff and students.

4. **Training of Security Guards, Security Supervisors, Firemen, housekeepers, maintenance staff**: Develop and implement training programs for security guards, security supervisors, firemen, housekeepers, and maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

5. **Hospital Security**: Ensure the safety and security of on campus hospital, including the development and implementation of security protocols specific to the hospital.

6. **Hostel Security**: Ensure the safety and security of hotels and hostellers, including the development and implementation of security protocols specific to the hostels.

7. **Academic and Residential Building Security**: Ensure the safety and security of the multi-storeyed academic and residential buildings on campus.

8. **University Events**: Plan and coordinate security measures for University events, including Convocation, Techfest, and Cultural fests, in conjunction with the event organizers.

9. Draft Policies, Procedures, and SOPs for each aspects of the role and responsibilities.

10. Manage MIS and Daily Feedback/Reporting Dashboard
