**Position**: Import Export Documentation executive
**Experience**: 3 to 5 years
**Salary**: 25000 to 35000
**Gander**: male /female
**Qualification**: BSC/BCOM
**Office time**: 10:00 to 06:30 (6 days)
**JOB ROLE**:
Preparation of pre shipment documents including requirement of excise /customs and as per latter of credit and sales order.
Export’s Documentation as per the requirement of L/C and presentation to the Bank Realization certificate
Thoroughly Knowledge of Excise formalities and liaison with same Authorities
Handing work with shipping Agents for shipment by SEA/AIR/ Post Parcel
Knowledge and Handling works and liaison with bank/council chamber of commerce, committee commissioner and Development commissioner and D G F T etc. online
Online filling /for all portal related to export import is required
**IMPORT**:
Complete knowledge of importation of consignment and the complete formalities of import I.E form
Order placing, banking opining of letter of credit (LC). Customers knowledge of warehouse, invoicing, banking, Taxes, Excise, customs etc.
