Hello Applicant,

We're urgently looking for a female Bench Sales Recuiter for our organisation, SCIM Venture Pvt.Ltd which is a startup company. We have been working since December 2022 and providing our HR services to a few companies but we are planning to expand our business, that's why we need a Bench Sales Recruiter.

- Friday (9.30 am-6.30 pm) and Saturday
- 9.30 am

Qualification
- Bachelor

Mandatory Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Confident to talk to the clients or comanies' HR managers, Ready to learn the recruitment process, Extrovert, etc.

Roles & Responsebilities:
1. Extract the companies' HR/Sr. Management contacts information and give them a business pitch call about SCIM Venture Pvt.Ltd and its services to be vendor empanelment.

2. After fetching their contact details, need to send them a business pitch mail along with a call.

3. After getting the business from the client/s, then need to gather the data related to the Job requirements then post a job post on the various platforms. After receiving the profiles, need to do a screening of those profiles and make an excel data of it and segregate it as per the requirement.

6. Ready for work under pressure situations, and if required then should be ready to stretch your time.
