**YOUR TASKS**

**Job Objective**
- Analyzing the training needs from the SME's and creating effective learning modules.
- Design development, and delivery of engaging and effective learning materials, including eLearning modules, training manuals, and webinar content.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and design effective learning content that aligns with learning objectives, including the creation of curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
- Evaluate detailed training and development needs of specific target groups to tailor learning experiences effectively.
- Create engaging and interactive eLearning modules, training courses, and assessment-based content using authorized tools and software. Design evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning materials and make improvements as necessary.
- Regularly update and revise existing learning materials as needed to reflect current best practices and industry standards.
- Develop a training calendar that outlines the schedule for training sessions, workshops, or courses and facilitate end-to-end training, including logistics and participant communication.
- Adapt to new functionalities of relevant tools (e.g., Learning Management System) and stay current with eLearning trends and technologies, demonstrating proficiency in using these tools.
- Track the effectiveness and quality of training by assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven improvements.
- Monitor the market to stay updated on emerging trends and new content within the Learning & Development field, incorporating innovative approaches into learning materials.

**B. Project Management**
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand learning content creation needs within various initiatives.
- Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes for reporting and improvement purposes.

**C. Tools**
- Experience in content writing, content development, design, and development.
- Familiarity with e-learning software and knowledge about feedback management systems and survey tools.
- Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning tool implementation.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Instructional Designer, Canva, Animator, graphic design, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of multimedia tools or any open-source tools.
- Awareness of feedback management systems and survey tools.
- Experience with Project Management Tools is an added advantage.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree any stream, MBA would be an added advantage.
- 3- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a training content creation and development.
- Proven experience in software tools such as Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, Canva, (Added advantage if experienced as instructional Designer, Animation, graphics and Photoshop).
- Ability to interact with confidence with stakeholders and trainers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in unstructured environment.
- Manage & motivate your team for more efficient outcomes.
