**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Study Centre Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all study centres in Jharkhand, ensuring effective communication and coordination between centres and the organization.
- Ensure the study centres adhere to guidelines and operational procedures.
- **Physical Inspections**:

- Conduct regular field visits to study centres to assess their facilities, infrastructure, and operations.
- Monitor the training environment to ensure it meets quality standards.
- **Report Preparation**:

- Prepare and submit detailed reports on the status of study centres, including findings from inspections, issues identified, and improvements needed.
- Track progress and ensure timely submission of reports to management.
- **Arrangements & Compliance**:

- Oversee the arrangements for training programs and workshops at the study centres, ensuring resources, staff, and materials are available.
- Ensure all training centres comply with local regulations, organizational policies, and quality standards.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any operational or logístical issues raised by study centres in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide support to study centres to enhance their functioning and meet performance targets.
- **Training & Support**:

- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for study centre staff to ensure they are aligned with the organization's objectives and operational standards.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to study centres on best practices and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in education, training, or project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with study centres and other stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct site inspections and assessments.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and report writing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Jharkhand’s education landscape and regulatory environment is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Jharkhand frequently for inspections and meetings.

**Additional Information**:

- The State Coordinator will be required to travel across the state to oversee the study centres and ensure the operational standards are met.
- The role involves both office-based and field-based work, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
