**Role Summary**:
Seeking a hands-on supervisorto manage daily shop floor operations of a CNC VMC job shop, including handling of manpower, training and upskilling of operators & making process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **HR Management**: Build strong employee relationships, track their performance. Establish and ensure adherence to company rules & standard operating procedures
- **Operator Hiring & training**: Recruit and train new machine operators & upskill existing operators
- **Process Improvement (Kaizen)**: Make process improvements and monitor progress with the aim of improving job cycle time, reducing deviations & preventing rejections and damages.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide guidance to operators on machining of complex jobs, workholding techniques, etc.

**Must-Have Skills & Experience**:

- **People Skills**: Proven people management abilities.
- **VMC Operation**: Experience and expertise in running VMC / CNC machines.

**About Company**: We are a reputed name in the industry providing high precision 3-axis CNC milling job work services on Makino machines for dies, moulds and machine parts based in Mumbai.

We have a total of 6 VMCs. You will be supervising a team of around 15-20 Operators and helpers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
