- **Production Oversight**:Monitoring production processes, ensuring quality, and meeting production targets during their shift.
- **Team Coordination**:Supervising and coordinating production teams, including operators and technicians, to ensure efficient workflow.
- **Safety**:Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Monitoring equipment performance and addressing any operational issues.
- **Communication**:Maintaining effective communication with supervisors, other shift incharges, and relevant departments.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including production data, quality control, and safety logs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
