**Designation**: Executive Shift In Charge - Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the production and quality of products, completing daily reports for production and payroll reporting purposes
- Responsible for maintaining/enforcing safe working conditions, and ensuring that all Environmental Health and Safety and OSHA regulations are met.
- Schedules and directs leads, utilities, and mold changers in the Molding Department.
- Works with production control to obtain molding requirements.
- Monitors production, inventory, and minimizes scrap in the department. Works with the Molding Manager to continually improve the molding process.
- Works on maintaining the Methodology of Lean Manufacturing in the department.
- Troubleshoots and resolves molding processes.
- Inspects and updates all set up sheets.
- Maintains department ISO procedures.
- Works with the Molding Manager to maintain Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.
- Keeps the Molding Department in order through 5S standards.
- Schedules and directs mold changers through quick mold change (Quick Die Set Up) methodology..
- Keeps manufacturing equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; works with the Molding Manager and maintenance personnel to maintain PM system.
- Lead the Production Activity for Moulding Plant.
- Daily Routine Management - Machine wise production tracking including OEE, FG plan, material availability, action on quality issues.
- Inventory management.
- Monitor the Production data ( Daily Production Report / OLE /OEE) drive corrections in case of significant deviations in order to achieve targeted production volumes as per the cost and quality targets.
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Ability to understand and comply with the environment, Health and Safety parameters/standards applicable to the manufacturing industry.
- Optimum utilization of resources - man, machines, inventory for optimum defect-free production delivery
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

1. Proven experience as Injection Moulding

2. knowledge of production management especially in Injection Moulding and Assembly Line

3. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

4. Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts

5. Experience in reporting on key production metrics and having knowledge of 8D and 7 QC tools,

6. Knowledge of Lean management

7. Knowledge and work in TPM and TQM Methodology.

8. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

9. Outstanding communication ability

10. Excellent organizational and leaderships skills

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
