Job Title: Front Desk Administrator - Dental Clinic

Location: Apollo Dental Clinic

Experience Required: Minimum 3 year of experience in front desk or administrative role (preferably in a dental or healthcare setup)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage patient appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups through clinic software.

Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries efficiently.

Maintain and update patient records accurately.

Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow and treatment scheduling.

Manage billing, payment collection, and receipts.

Assist in maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, stock management, and correspondence.

Ensure excellent patient service and support.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3 year of experience as a front desk executive or admin (preferably in a dental/medical clinic).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management software (experience with Practo/Dentsoftware is an advantage).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and patience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
