- Supervises daily activities within the lab, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to protocols.
- Implements and maintains safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Maintains accurate records of lab activities, experiments, and inventory.
- Addresses technical issues related to equipment or procedures.
- Coordinates with lab staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.
- Checks if any branch has pending reports to be released.
- Expedites the report process and coordinates to figure out the reason for the delay.
- Provides patient details required by pathologists for approvals.
- Coordinates with pathologists for timely approval of reports.
- Coordinates with lab supervisors and ASM of all branches to release reports within TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Addresses test-related queries.
- Handles billing for locations
- Freshchat Queries & Complaints Resolution
- Overseeing logistics operations
- Overseeing samples receiving
- Overseeing materials dispatch
- Coordinating with riders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,062.89 - ₹18,000.00 per month
