**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Acquisition**:

- Proactively acquire new customers for CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) by leveraging various channels like catchment area visits, cold calling, referrals, and internal databases.
- Focus on opening accounts with a strong value proposition.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for CASA and other retail banking products.
- **Product Sales & Cross-Selling**:

- Effectively recommend and sell a variety of banking products like Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, credit cards, loans (personal, auto, etc.), and Demat accounts.
- Identify customer needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
- **Customer Service**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of bank products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Ensure adherence to KYC/AML (Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering) regulations while acquiring new accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹355,000.00 per year
