**Experience **:2 - 8 years experience in plant handling and production management in Electric Two Wheelers industry.

**Salary**: Rs.25,000 - Rs.40,000 per month

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Production Planning and Scheduling**: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times.

2. **Team Leadership**:Lead and manage a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

3. **Resource Allocation**: Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure the timely completion of production tasks and adherence to production schedules.

4. **Quality Control**: Implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the production of high-quality electric two-wheelers that meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory standards.

5. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements and lead initiatives to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in production operations.

6. **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in the production environment and promote a culture of safety awareness among production team members.

7. **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory control and management processes to maintain optimal levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production requirements.

8. **Supplier Management**: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components required for production and address any supply chain issues or concerns.

9. **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor production performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against production targets and identify areas for improvement.

10. **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the production department budget to ensure cost-effective production operations and optimal resource allocation.
