**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the QC department and ensure adherence to quality standards at all stages of production.
- Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation.
- Train and supervise QC staff in inspection and testing procedures.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain records of test results, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Prepare regular QC reports and present findings to senior management.

Pay: ₹10,262.20 - ₹34,568.76 per month
