Job Title: Franchise Sales
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:
Research, identify, and target potential hotel properties suitable for conversion into franchise establishments.
Initiate contact with property owners and key decision-makers to introduce our franchise offerings and establish rapport.
**Consultative Selling**:
Conduct presentations and sales pitches to prospective hotel owners, outlining the benefits and advantages of joining our franchise.
Tailor sales strategies and proposals to address individual hotel property requirements and align them with our franchise model.
**Relationship Building**:
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing hotel franchise partners.
Provide excellent customer service and support to address inquiries, concerns, and requests from potential partners.
**Negotiation and Deal Closure**:
Lead negotiations with hotel owners to finalize franchise agreements, including terms, conditions, and financial arrangements.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are accurately prepared and executed.
**Market Analysis**:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments within the hotel and Forex sectors.
Leverage market insights to enhance the sales approach and value proposition to potential franchise partners.
**Performance Tracking**:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead generation, and progress in CRM systems.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential opportunities.
**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new franchise partners.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality, franchise, or related industry.
- Familiarity with the Forex industry and its dynamics is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with potential partners.
**Compensation**:
Competitive salary + incentives structure based on achieved sales targets.
