As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. Your main duties will include managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparing financial statements, and reconciling invoices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process invoices
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare financial reports and documentation
- Assist with audits and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software (Zoho Books & Tally)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- 2+ Years of Experience required
