**1. Quality Planning**
- Develop and implement quality standards and policies.
- Define inspection and testing procedures.
- Plan quality control activities for production and service.
- Coordinate with other departments for quality objectives.

**2. Quality Control (QC)**
- Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
- Perform measurements and testing as per standards.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports and records.

**3. Quality Assurance (QA)**
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality processes.
- Conduct process audits and system audits.
- Review supplier quality and approve vendors.
- Verify compliance with ISO or other certifications.

**4. Continuous Improvement**
- Analyze production/process data for trends.
- Suggest improvements to reduce defects and waste.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen practices.
- Support cost-saving initiatives through better quality.

**5. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain quality manuals, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Prepare quality inspection reports.
- Update calibration and maintenance records of equipment.
- Document corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

**6. Training & Awareness**
- Train employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Promote awareness of quality objectives.
- Conduct refresher courses on inspection techniques.

**7. Customer & Compliance Management**
- Handle customer complaints and warranty issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry and safety regulations.
- Work with clients for quality audits and approvals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
