This is a unique hybrid role that offers accelerated learning and exposure to both production and quality control. You won't be stuck behind a desk—you'll be working directly on the factory floor, becoming intimately familiar with our press machines as an operator or helper, while simultaneously carrying out essential Quality Control (QC) inspections. This dual role is perfect for someone eager to gain deep, practical experience. ​Key Responsibilities ​Field Operation Support: Work directly with press machines as an operator or helper, assisting senior staff with machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient production flow. ​Quality Inspection: Execute comprehensive in-process and final inspections of manufactured components using various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). ​Defect Identification: Proactively identify and report any non-conforming parts or deviations from specifications. ​Documentation: Accurately document all inspection results, production logs, and quality checks in compliance with company standards and ISO procedures. ​Communication: Clearly communicate quality issues, machine performance, and inspection findings to the QC and Production teams. ​Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area on the factory floor. ​What We're Looking For ​Experience: Zero (0) to One (1) year of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical field. Recent graduates or those with technical certifications are encouraged to apply ​Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and measurement tools is a plus. ​Ready for the Field: Must be physically capable and ready to spend the majority of the time on the factory floor in a manufacturing environment (near press machines). ​Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail for precise measurements and accurate documentation. ​Proactive Learner: A strong willingness to learn both machine operation and rigorous QC processes

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
