**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including websites, social media, marketing materials, and print.
- Design logos, brochures, advertisements, banners, and other visual content that align with the company's branding strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals that communicate the desired message effectively.
- **UI/UX Design**:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve design decisions.
- Ensure consistency in designs across different platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in UI/UX.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric approach to design.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
