- Designing of various tooling and dies for cold forging,making tool design and tool Schedule for different forging machines so that proper sequence of tools to be used on multi-station.
- To make Development Plan/Timing Chart for all Components.
- Involvement in innovative projects like:To find out the optimal setting of design parameters by series of experiments for process improvement,reduction of tooling cost, reduction of material cost per piece and scrap percentage reduction of forging parts.
- I also worked on Vendor Development task,Auditing of vendor process Setup.
- I also responsible for customer satisfaction attending customer complain.
- Maintaining 5’S & Responsible for improvement by kaizen & implementation
