Responsibilities Content creation: Create and publish content for social media platforms, including text, graphics, videos, and interactive elements Campaign management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests Community management: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers Performance analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, news, and competitors Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure brand consistency and messaging Audience research: Research audience preferences and trends Content optimization: Optimize content to encourage community engagement Skills and requirements Knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Experience with photography and videography Ability to design graphics Understanding of social media best practices and algorithms Ability to use social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer A bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or a related field
