**Job Summary**: As an Operation Theatre Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the surgical environment. You will be responsible for preparing the operating room, assisting surgical teams, and maintaining sterile conditions throughout procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain the operating room and surgical instruments.
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
- Ensure the availability and functionality of all surgical equipment.
- Maintain a sterile field during surgeries to prevent infection.
- Monitor patient vitals and assist with anesthesia administration as needed.
- Follow hospital protocols for safety and hygiene.
- Participate in inventory management and equipment maintenance.
- Provide support in post-operative care and patient transfers.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in Operation Theatre Technology or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as an Operation Theatre Technician in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.
- Proficient in handling surgical instruments and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
