seeking a **motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive** to join our fast-growing sales team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals through phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms, while managing the full sales cycle and fostering post-sales relationships to boost customer satisfaction and upselling.

Requirement:

- 0-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Role and responsibility:

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Accurately forecast sales and track key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
