**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 7-10 years in loan sales (Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, or Personal Loans) and From Similar Banks and NBFC
- **Education**: Graduate (Finance/Marketing preferred).
- **Skills**: Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of loan products, documentation, and banking processes.
