They should have a deep understanding of South Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques, and be able to create authentic flavors and textures. Additionally, a South Indian chef may be responsible for menu planning, ordering supplies, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Good communication and teamwork skills are important, as they may need to work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Experience and expertise in South Indian cuisine are essential for this role.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹40,489.24 per month
