Job Description: Civil Structural Draftsman

Position: Civil Structural Draftsman

Company Overview:
We are an architect firm specializing in structural drawings, structural audits, and valuation. As part of our growth, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Structural Draftsman to join our team.

Qualifications:

- ITI diploma in Civil Draftsman or equivalent qualification.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a draftsman in the civil engineering field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a strong emphasis on structural drawings.
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, and dedicated to producing accurate and high-quality drawings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed structural drawings based on specifications and design requirements.
- Develop drawings for structural elements, including beams, columns, foundations, and other related components.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Review and modify drawings as necessary to incorporate design changes and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of drawings and related project information.
- Stay updated with the latest drafting techniques and software advancements.

**Location**:
The position is based at M.G. Road, Gurgaon. The nearest metro station is M.G. Road Gurugram or Sikandar pur.
