**Job Description - Civil Draftsman**

Making Site visit to understand Topography, surroundings, any unique constraints of the plot. Conducting Topo Survey with external agency

Prepare feasibility layout for commercial buildings based on Survey plans

Prepare all finishes drawing for civil hard finishes, fabrication and furniture and fixture

Coordinate with Structural and MEP consultants to get coordinated drawings

Tracking of all revisions in drawings issued by consultants

Ensure latest revision drawing is available on site and with all others concerned

Scrutiny of each drawing received from consultants (architect and structural engineer) to find if there is any conflict between drawing and site condition

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 60 months

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
