Introduction:
What will you be doing?
- Designing a strategy for the adoption of Agile best practices across the organisation
- Guide teams to ensure that they adhere to Agile techniques, ceremonies and ways of working
- Create and lead Agile workshops for stakeholders at all levels
- Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to identify and set goals
- Championing an Agile mindset to drive cultural change
- Collaboration with other Agile coaches and build a network of Agile champions throughout PBWM change delivery

What we’re looking for:

- Accredited Agile practitioner
- Self-starter who is able to work independently as well as strong collaboration with the wider team
- Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of working in an Agile transformation environment
