**Location**: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai, India

We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Executive backend Assistant to join our dynamic team at our BKC office in Mumbai. This pivotal role will be instrumental in fostering seamless communication and coordination between our offices in the USA and India. As the right hand to our leadership, you will oversee various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage and coordinate tasks between the USA and BKC offices.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team, employees, and external partners.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of instructions, updates, and information.
- Allocate work assignments and oversee their completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance executive productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective coordination across different time zones.
- Sharp and quick-thinking, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
- High typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an international business setting is a plus.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when necessary.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
