**About Us**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Backend Executive to join our Vendor Management & Pricing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team in managing vendor relationships, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring smooth operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improve overall business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Onboarding new vendors, including data entry, contract management, and compliance checks.
- Maintaining and updating vendor information in internal systems.
- Resolving vendor issues and disputes promptly and efficiently.
- Conducting regular performance reviews of vendors.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
- **Pricing Management**:

- Assisting in the development and implementation of pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor pricing.
- Monitoring and adjusting pricing based on market dynamics and business needs.
- Preparing pricing reports and presentations.
- **Operations Support**:

- Supporting day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery scheduling.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collecting and analyzing data related to vendor performance, pricing, and operational metrics.
- Generating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in vendor management, pricing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
