
Corporate Trainer

The Trainer is responsible for _improving_ the productivity of employees through effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs throughout _BSI Financial_ and will create all training materials, including content development and delivery method to ensure brand consistency._ _
Essential Functions
- _Confer with management, supervisors, and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies._
- _Coordinate training schedule with the hiring and training demands of _BSI Financial._
- _Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as classroom training, individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops._
- _Select or develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works._
- _Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training, etc._
- _Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training._
- _Report on progress of employees under guidance during training periods._
- _Monitor methods used by employees for shipping and inbound duties and make on the spot corrections._
- _Make suggestions on improving work procedures at _BSI Financial_._
- _Maintain trainee personnel records._
- _Develop strong relationships with all departments to develop course materials and receive feedback._
- _Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs._
- _Responsible for meeting legal requirements and following internal policies._
- _Should be able to maintain reports and utilize the LMS effectively._
Competencies/Skills
- _Ability to read and interpret documents such as technical data, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. _
- _Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. _
- _Ability to develop and proof training materials. _
- _Ability to speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of employees._
- _Ability to functions independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team._
- _Ability to follow the appropriate safety precautions._
- _Comfortable communication with all levels of management and employees._
- _Strong planning and organizational skills._
- **_Should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience._**:
- **_Should have worked in US Mortgage/Mortgage Organisation_**
Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The ability to sit for long periods of time is essential. _
Education and Experience
- _Previous training or classroom experience or related training experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience._
