German Trainer

**Job Description - German Language Trainer (C2 Level)Position**: German Language Trainer**Location**: Gurgaon **Employment Type**: Full-time/Part-time/Contract (as applicable)**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and highly proficient **German Language Trainer (C2 Level certified/near-native)** to deliver engaging, effective, and structured training sessions. The trainer will be responsible for teaching German language skills across reading, writing, listening, and speaking, while also developing cultural understanding among learners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct German language training sessions for beginners to advanced learners (A1 to C2 levels).
- Develop customized lesson plans, training materials, and practice activities.
- Assess trainees’ proficiency levels and monitor progress through assignments, tests, and feedback.
- Use modern teaching methodologies, interactive tools, and real-life scenarios to enhance learning.
- Provide specialized training for corporate, academic, or certification (Goethe, TestDaF, TELC, etc.) needs.
- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Stay updated with latest teaching strategies, exam formats, and language trends.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- C2 level proficiency in German (Goethe-Institut, TestDaF, or equivalent certification).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in German Language, Literature, Linguistics, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum **2-5 years of teaching/training experience** in German.
- Strong command of English (for bilingual teaching, if required).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching platforms, e-learning tools, and multimedia resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
