**We are looking for India’s Leading Life insurance Company.**

**Roles And Responsibilities**:

- _Recruitment of Agency Partners_
- _Organize and run recruitment events for AP’s_
- _Is an expert in the recruitment processes and is able to identify the prospective LA and AP’s_
- _Planning and Goal Setting_
- _Conducts review discussions/ wake-up meetings as and when required_
- _Plan goals & performance needs for AP’s in a periodic manner_
- _Is expected to be an expert in the sales process, and conduct mechanisms to build same with his team
- through periodic on floor coaching._
- _Own the operational aspects of coding of a new AP and other day to day interactions with support function_
- _Development and Coaching of Agency partners_
- _Can successfully run “ Train -Audit
- Retrain” cycle on skills of AP’s_
- _Selection to on boarding of the AP’s and responsible for AP’s income_

Must have minimum 4 years of Sales and Marketing Experience (mandatory)

Age: 22 to 38 Years

Min years Exp. in any sales & Marketing/ Field sales

Good communication Skill

Good Team handling Skill

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
