
Sales Executive

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including automotive and industrial businesses.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote lubricant products to meet customer needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers, explaining the benefits of lubricants and how they can improve performance.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues as they arise.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and build relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards related to lubricant products.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or industrial lubricants industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
