**Job Title**: Export Customer Service Executive - Full Cycle Shipment Handling

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Shipment Coordination**
- Manage the full export cycle from booking to delivery.
- Coordinate with shippers, transporters, shipping lines, CFS, and customs agents.

**ICEGATE / Customs Handling**
- Coordinate with CHA for customs clearance.
- Ensure accuracy of HSN codes, IEC, and port codes.
- Handle LEO (Let Export Order), gate pass, and documentation compliance.

**Port & Terminal Coordination**
- Oversee container stuffing, sealing, and customs inspections.

**Export Documentation Handling**
- Coordinate with shipping lines for BL release (OBL/Surrender).
- Ensure timely submission of VGM, SI, and other cut-off documents.

**Customer Handling**
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
- Provide shipment status updates and resolve queries.

**Freight Quotations**
- Request and compare ocean freight rates.
- Share best routing options with pricing teams and customers.

**Compliance & Record Keeping**
- Maintain shipment records as per audit standards.
- Ensure adherence to DGFT, customs, port, and shipping line regulations.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of ICEGATE, LEO, HS codes, and customs procedures.
- Experience in major port operations and CFS coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer service orientation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
