The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions using a variety of tools and technologies.
- Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall IT architecture and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support for Salesforce solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging Salesforce technologies and trends and provide guidance on how they can be used to improve existing solutions.
- Ensure data security and privacy in Salesforce solutions and adhere to best practices and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce platform and its various components (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, integrations, etc.)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect are preferred.
