**What responsibilities will you get when working with us?**

Technical leadership Defining the success criteria for platform performance and sustainability

Defining the architecture and the best practices on how to use Salesforce and other connected apps

Accountable and owning the development and deployment process

Defining solutions for business requirements implemented via Salesforce.

Defining Integration contracts and reviewing existing integrations.

Build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive important business decisions by developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, and AJAX

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products

Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules

Help plan data migration for salesforce.

**Delivery**
**Ownership**:
Support and Follow Agile practices as per SDLC

Understand and optimize the delivery process with integration partners.

Reviewing Efforts from integration partners.

Managing integration partners and owning delivery with commercials and quality in mind.

**Vendor Coordination**:
Owning the vendor Coordination with Salesforce, working with the customer success manager, partnering, and identifying opportunities for improvement and increasing platform adoption

Owning vendor Coordination for existing vendors used on Salesforce (eg: CTI vendors), partnering and identifying opportunities for improvements that lead to an increased platform adoption

Estimating cost

**What will you need to be successful in this role?**

Salesforce Application Architect certification

Salesforce System Architect certification

Salesforce pipeline management, including deployments using different tools (like GitLab ), bug fixing and development

Solution and Architecture design-build, innovate

Salesforce Integrations

Experience in dialer integrations

Experience in partner/vendor management from running RFPs, and co-ordinating the partners to the successful implementation and continuous support

Working with product teams in an Agile framework

Being flexible to changes

Salesforce & Integration Cost Optimization

Having administration skills to manage budgets, RFPs and proposals

Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas

Have experience in software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem

Have hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning

Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc. Communicate effectively with a globally distributed team

Experience in migrating data and customizations across Salesforce environments Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices
