I. Purpose of the Position The Draughtsman - Liaison is responsible to compete MD drawing as per the by laws of the Govt. laid down for residential of for industrial.

II. Scope To prepare MD drawing of the project allotted by PM - Liaison. Failure of the same will result in delay in work completion and schedules of the projects laid down by PM - Liaison.

III. Responsibilities 1. Work as per the schedules or deadlines given by the PM - Liaison 2. Consult Team Lead - Liaison while working on projects 3. Work as per the by laws and also inform the same to TL - Liaison 4. Working on the feasibility report of the project 5. In case of changes in drawing inform the same to TL - Liaison 6. Maintain the checklist of the documents and work accordingly 7. Enter the details in ERP as and when required 8. Save work on server 9. Keeps himself / herself updated with the basic knowledge of all drawings and also with the legal aspects pertaining to construction industry 10. Reports and updates Management about the status of submission of documents 11. Attend internal meeting with TL and PM - Liaison 12. Co-ordinate with design Team in case of any presentation

Need to keep personal schedules and events aside if any urgent meeting related to concerned projects with client and if required with Govt.. bodies. iii. Environmental Conditions 1. Need to manage number of projects at one time
- Sensory Demands 1. Excess sitting on one place can cause back pan, neck pain 2. Eye strain due to working on heavy drawing files
- Mental Demands 1. Working accurately under pressure
