**Job Title: Civil Draftsman**:

- Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budget, and schedule.
- Develop innovative design solutions and architectural plans that align with client vision and project goals.
- Oversee the work of junior architects and design teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and quality control.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance project outcomes.

**Qualifications**:*
- Bachelor’s or ITI in Civil Draftsman or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects and design capabilities.

- Strong creative and technical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
