**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general office duties, including filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee record maintenance.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Manage banking activities, including transactions and reconciliations.
- Handle Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG) documentation and processes.

**Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

1-2 years of administrative experience.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of banking processes and PBG handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,670.10 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
