Job Title: Architecture Elevation Designer

Location: Science City Road

**Job Type**: Full-Time

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Elevation Design: Develop building elevations that enhance the visual appeal and align with the architectural style, functional needs, and client preferences.
- Conceptualization and Visualization: Create 2D and 3D visualizations of elevation designs using architectural design software.
- Material Selection: Recommend materials, textures, and finishes for the exterior façade to ensure durability, sustainability, and design consistency.
- Collaboration with Architects and Clients: Work closely with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to interpret design briefs and implement feedback.
- Compliance with Building Codes: Ensure that elevation designs meet local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Project Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for the proposed designs, and maintain thorough project records.
- Design Presentations: Present elevation design concepts to clients and team members, and make modifications based on feedback.
- Sustainability Focus: Incorporate energy-efficient design elements into elevations, considering factors like sunlight, ventilation, and thermal performance.
- Site Visits: Visit project sites as needed to ensure the elevation design is being implemented correctly and resolve any design issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in architectural elevation design or façade design.
- Technical Skills: - Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Experience with 3D rendering software V-Ray, Lumion, or Rhino is a plus. - Familiarity with Building Information Modeling is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural styles, materials, and building systems.
- Creativity: A keen eye for design, detail, and aesthetics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present design ideas and interact with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to provide creative solutions to design challenges while meeting project constraints

Additional Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting and rendering.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building materials.
